Double Chin Exercise
A double chin is something that happens
to most of us as we get older. Worse still
is that a double chin or flabby neck skin
(chicken neck as its sometimes referred
to) seems to creep up on you. There are
known but pretty pricey procedures that
can be undertaking to eliminate that double
chin. Depending on how much your extra chin
affects you and how much money you have
spare, paying out the kind of prices needed
for cosmetic surgery or liposuction may
not be a plausible solution.

Chin
There are several known exercises that

type of exercise the more you perform these
exercises the more results you will achieve.
These exercises will target the fatty deposits
beneath your jaw line and tone up your neck
and skin.
Chin Exercise 1
A easy toning exercise is:
1) Open your mouth as wide as you can and
hold this position for 10 seconds or so.
2) Relax your mouth and repeat.
Chin Exercise 2
Using the back of your hand, gentle start
slapping your under chin. Building up the
speed of your slaps and continue to do this
for a few minutes. You can again repeat
this chin exercise several times through
out your day.
Chin Exercise 3
This one may make you feel a little silly.
Try leaning your head back and whilst there
try and kiss the ceiling or wall you are
facing. You will notice your neck stretching.
Chin Exercise 4
Very similar to the first:
1) Again open your mouth as wide as you
possible
2) While your mouth is opening, slip your
bottom lip over your teeth.
3) Staying in this position try and jiggle
your jaw a little
As you can see the suggested exercises
are very simple and can be performed when
ever you have a spare minute. Please remember
that regular exercise and a healthy non
fat diet will help you not put back on added
weight.
