Using the back of your hand, gentle start slapping your under chin. Building up the speed of your slaps and continue to do this for a few minutes. You can again repeat this chin exercise several times through out your day.

Chin Exercise 3

This one may make you feel a little silly. Try leaning your head back and whilst there try and kiss the ceiling or wall you are facing. You will notice your neck stretching.

Chin Exercise 4

Very similar to the first:

1) Again open your mouth as wide as you possible
2) While your mouth is opening, slip your bottom lip over your teeth.
3) Staying in this position try and jiggle your jaw a little

As you can see the suggested exercises are very simple and can be performed when ever you have a spare minute. Please remember that regular exercise and a healthy non fat diet will help you not put back on added weight.
